With all the ingredients conveniently included in one package, all you need to add is water and oil for a simple and quick preparation. Enjoy the authentic taste of Italy with ease.

PREPARATION : in a non-stick pan or pot, bring 700ml of water and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil.
Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 16 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED. Season with salt, add a knob of butter or EVO oil. Let it rest for 1 minute before serving.

TIPS : cook like a classic risotto, adding water little at a time. Pour in 1/2 glass of vodka and stir in 4 tablespoons of cream and 2 of tomato sauce.

WINE PAIRING : Traminer or other white wine.
