Porcini mushrooms are excellent allies of white truffles, this risotto contains both of these highly prized ingredients whose combination you can enjoy a dish for true connoisseurs.

Ready in 3 simple steps, the package contains all the ingredients needed to prepare a creamy and fragrant risotto, perfect for surprising everyone at your next dinner!

PREPARATION : in a non-stick pan or saucepan, bring 750ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil.
Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 16 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE CREAMY. Add salt to taste, let it rest for 1 minute and add 1 or 2 tablespoons of warm water to mix before serving with the truffle oil and a knob of butter.

TIPS : Add 1/4 cup of white wine to the water. Cook like a classic risotto, adding water little at a time. Add 2 anchovy fillets during cooking.
