Hungarian couscous with smoked sweet paprika, XL packaging

PREPARATION: in a frying pan or nonstick pot, bring to boil 500ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Put into the pot the packet ingredients, stirring for 1 minute and cover. Turn off the stove and let stand 7/9 minutes. Season to taste by adding grated cheese and olive oil before serving.

TIPS: add 1/4 glass of white wine to the boiling water. Serve with 80g of veal stripes stir-fried with 1/2 glass of white wine.
