The ready-made lemon risotto inspired by Capri's flavors is a delightful recipe ready to cook, easy, and flavorful.

All the ingredients, 100% natural, are already inside the package. The natural lemon aroma, derived from the fruit's zest and pulp without the addition of artificial flavors, gives the risotto a delicate fragrance that pairs perfectly with any type of fish or seafood.

Try it with the addition of canned tuna for a quick but healthy and well-balanced lunch.

PREPARATION : in a non-stick pan or saucepan, bring 750 ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil.
Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 16 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE CREAMY. Season with salt, add EVO oil and let rest 1 minute before serving.

TIPS : Add 1/4 cup of white wine to the water. Cook like a classic risotto, adding water little at a time. Manteca with 100g of tuna in oil, a knob of butter and parsley.
