Artichokes are very widely used in Italian cuisine: we make them stewed, stuffed, fried, raw in salads, as side dish and of course to prepare Risotto! Let's try a real Italian taste in a few minutes having a 100% natural dish. Healthy, easy and tasty.

Preparation: bring to a boil 3 cups of water with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Stir in the content of the package, cover and simmer until the water is completely absorbed. Alternatively cook this one-pot risotto as a traditional risotto, gradually adding water or broth during cooking until desired texture is reached.

Suggestions: add 80g of fried diced ham, Pecorino cheese and black pepper just before serving. For a creamier risotto, add 2 or more tbsp of your favorite grated cheese or some cream/butter once cooked.

Wine-paring: Brindisi Rosato DOC or rosè, still, medium body wines.

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 93%, artichoke 5%, tomato, onion, parsley, black pepper, vegetal broth without glutamate.
