This recipe, typical from Matera, is a blend of legumes and herbs traditionally picked up in that area, famous for its "Sassi".
Preparation: bring to a boil 4 cups of water with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Just add the soup. Stir occasionally and cook until the water is completely absorbed.
Useful tips: garnish with grated cheese, oil and black pepper. Serve with crusts of toasted bread.
