A mix of risotto and vegetables from our garden, healthy and tasty. A perfect combination of Carnaroli rice and agricultural products. Intense and unique flavor.

Preparation: Cook as traditional risotto, gradually adding water or broth. Alternatively bring to a boil 1/3 cup of water with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Just add the rice. Stir occasionally and cook until the water is completely absorbed.

Suggestions:  try it with crumled speck or salami and some pine seed before rice is completely cooked.

Wine: Braganze Bianco DOC or medium bodied red wine.

Ingredients: carnaroli rice,  vegetables mix (carrot, zucchini, porcini mushrooms, onion, cabbage, leek, pepper, pumpkin), salt.
