Fregola is a typical pasta from Sardinia, a large Island not to far from Italian western coast. In this dish you will try its consistency and a rich seasoning of porcini mushrooms . An original dish appreciated by the most refined palates.
Preparation: bring 1/3 cup of water or stock and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed.
Useful tips: during cooking add a crumbled sausage and some nuts.
Wine: Sangiovese di Romagna DOC or light bodied red wine.
