Preparation:Bring to a boil 1/3 cup of water with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Add the content of the package. Stir occasionally and cook until the water is completely absorbed.
Useful tips: garnish Cornmeal mush with 200g of utter and 200g of diced Asiago cheese, just before serve.
Wine-paring: Sangiovese di Romagna DOC or light bodied red wine.
