The secret ingredient of this recipe is the exquisite Hungarian sweet paprika, the very best one! A strong, tasty recipe, ideal to be served with stewed meat.
Preparation : bring to a boil 1/4 cup water with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Just add couscous, cover the pan, turn the fire off , then rested for 5 minutes.
Useful tips: serve with 3oz (80g) veal meat fried with 1/2 onion and 1/2 glass of white wine.
Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon or medium bodied red wine.
