Porcini mushrooms with their unique parfum are perfect for almost any dish.  Mushrooms and couscous; what a flavour combo! a unique recipe prepared with the best quality mushrooms, sage and others aromatic herbs. An innovative recipe that will delight gourmets.

Preparation : bring to a boil 1/4 cup water with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Just add couscous, cover the pan, turn the fire off , then rested for 9 minutes.

Useful tips: try it with sausage pieces and  some nuts.

Wine: Sangiovese or  medium bodied red wine.
